We bought a 2017 Chevy trax . Only having it for less than 2 days, we had to bring it to the service department due to loss of power. A few weeks later, we got it back and had it for les than 2 months when the same thing was going on. They had it for a week and we got it back . We had this time for a short time before the same thing again was going on. This would continue even yet a forth time before finally ( so far ) has been running fine. This was all due to the turbo. The service department, while having their having their hands tied by so called GM experts, diligently and professionally did what they were told to do. We are extremely happy with nicks and their service department. They were were great in all of this . GM pros on the other hand not so much. They should of had nicks replace the turbo the second time it landed in the shop . We completely understand that it wasn���t the service department���s call. They were doing what was told from the higher up. Even thru all this , I will continue to purchase our future vehicles from nick���s . Greg in the service department was fantastic thru all of this.
