Everyone was very friendly...took a little while to agree on the cash price. My former dealer, Toyota gave me free inspection. Not an option at Nick's. Salesperson offered me an additional oil change for free, but Service department said that was not on my agreement...only 2 free oil changes from GM. Other than that it was a positive experience.

I brought my brand new 2018 Chevy Cruze in to get a leaky tire fixed. They could not take the time to look at my tire until the next day. I was off from work the first day I brought the car in and would have been able to wait. I had to rent a car from the dealership so I could go to work the next day. This tire gave me problems occasionally from the second day I purchased the vehicle on an intermittent basis. The dealership had to order a new tire because something got caught in the wall of the tire. I had to pay for the cost of the tire and for the rental out of my own pocket. I believe the bumper to bumper 30,000 mile warranty would cover my replacement tire. I contacted GM directly and they said that should have been covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. GM has a Senior Service Advisor looking into this matter and I was suppose to hear back from the them yesterday but I'm still waiting for a call back.
