Came in to talk about buying a new car.Price/ trade in value Walked out with a new 2019. Price was so right I could not refuse.Ray explained everything and was honest. No hyper sales pitch.. Randy helped negotiate price and helped make the event great. I have been dealing with the service department for years. This is my first Nicks Chevy. Ray, Randy, and Mary Smith may my new purchase a delight!!!
dropped off car in the morning and was given a ride back to my apartment building in the next town. I really appreciate the lift. Car was ready on time. Every one was courteous as usual . I also appreciate the wash job. No complaints.
I took my wife's 2012 Cruze in for an inspection and oil change. It failed inspection for a battery that was leaking battery acid from the positive post. Coincidentally I had the same trouble 2 years. Only when I argued with them did they give me the battery for free. Also, they wanted to charge me almost $190 for a third brake light. When I rushed to pay that they kept me there almost two more hours. While they "tried to call the warranty center" to get that covered. Which by the way. I fixed myself for $20. Now they conveniently can't squeeze me in for a reinspection. They have lost my family's business. And I will not recommend them to any of my friends as well. And I even paid for a loyalty rewards card for her car as well. Which is useless, now. Because I will not be back.
This service appointment was actually for my son's Chevy Silverado. He had called in and was given a repair date a few weeks out. He called and told me that and I in turn called the dealership and expressed my concern because it was a problem with my son's brakes and a recall. Had it been a minor issue I would have not cared. But because it was a brake/recall issue I felt that he needed to get it in sooner. When I called back Ashley answered the phone and as usual she was very helpful. She met with Cary and they squeezed my son in the next day and the issue was resolved. Not only did Ashley and Cary do a great job making sure my son was taken care of but the entire service department including Greg and Louie also always do a great job in servicing the customer.
Being able to pick out my new car online and knowing what the discounts and the total cost of the new car were going to be before I even entered the dealership made car buying a pleasant experience. It would have been even better if the sales person had my input in the same format that I received, rather than all jumbled together to make it hard to read.
