Dealership experience position as usual; was disappointed that a vehicle with 37,000 miles would require new struts? My research shows that this has been an ongoing issue with the 2015 Suburban which leads me to believe that the quality of the original product was sub standard.
We have been dealing with Nick Chevrolet for many years and could not be more pleased with our experiences. The entire team from sales to service have been excellent to work with. I have recommended Nick's to family and friends who are in the market for Chevrolet vehicles. As long as my husband and I buy Chevrolet vehicles, we will shop and service at Nick's.
Not very happy my wife was told her car would not pass state inspection because her wiper blades were streaking the window, I find this hard to believe we just had new blades put on in jan 11 2019 the top of the line RX SILICON from advance auto. Nick put new blades on, so I took the RX blades back to advance auto , and they were nice enough to give me NEW blades at no cost he said he could not find any thing wrong with them. will see what happens next time we get it inspected.
This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from Nick Chevrolet. I love my salesman Johnny Costa and Randy and Mary are awesome as well. As far as I am concerned I will never go to any other dealer to purchase a vehicle. I am true blue Nick Chevrolet!
Great people to deal with...I believe I got a fair and honest price for both, my trade-in and the new vehicle I purchased. You always wish it could have or would been better but I was very satisfied with the end result.
I was having a difficult time at another dealer when I got the response from Randy at Nick and I’m so glad I did. Randy and Rob went out of their way to find me exactly what I wanted and gave me a good price right off the bat. The entire process was quick and comfortable and I will be a loyal customer from now on. My 9 year old son even asked if we go back there even when we aren’t buying a truck. Awesome!
