This was my first service appointment after the former service manager, Louie, retired. He always made me feel confident I was in good hands. I have to admit, I was apprehensive of the change! Greg K. was patient and professional both on the phone and in person. He provided clear, concise communication re: a warranty issue and when to expect a call to bring my vehicle back in when the replacement part is available. Im happy to see that Greg takes the same pride in providing his customers the same satisfaction and security that Louie did! I live 35-40 miles away, but I remain loyal to the small hometown dealership where I grew up. I moved 12 years ago, and in that time my husband and I have bought 6 vehicles and have had them all serviced at Nicks!
Working with Ray, our salesman and Mary the finance manager was a great experience. We went to several other dealerships before making our decision and it was Ray and the way that family owned business treated us that helped to seal the deal. No one was pushy, they just presented the informed information we needed, they gave us a fair deal and everyone was just all around friendly but at the same time professional. We have already recommend Nick Chevrolet to a friend.
My daughter brought our car in to have the positive battery terminal replaced and to have the battery she had in her trunk installed once the terminal was replaced. She was told that the battery terminal was going to be $125.00 + labor. No where did they tell her they would need to install another cable or charge her extra for installing the battery. We were very disappointed that in total she was charged $367.00. I feel they grossly took advantage of a young girl concerned about the safety of her car. We understand that businesses are trying to recoup some income losses because of Covid 19, but this was totally inexcusable. You will no longer be servicing either of our Chevy vehicles, 1 of which was purchased from Nick Chevrolet. We can no longer in good conscience support a business who rips its customers off.
