My appointment was for an oil change. The service manager asked if I wanted to have my state inspection done at the same time. I said yes. This saved me from going back in a few weeks for my state inspection. It only took a half-hour longer. Nick Chevrolet has a great service department.

It was great , great service and excellent people.

I've experienced several problems with my new vehicle since point of sale. Some have been successfully addressed. Others still outstanding. Two of which in my opinion affect the overall safety of the vehicle

I was just browsing with no immediate plans to purchase a new car. I was in the lot and Johnny Petrishen asked me if I needed any help. We started to talk about football first, then a 2025 Trax. JP was very helpful, no pressure and easy to talk with. We had a lot in common and I sensed I could trust him. He gave me a quote and I went home to talk with my wife. I called John back the next day and he was able to help me get a better deal on my trade in. I have bought several cars in the past from Nick Chevrolet. I favor local businesses and I'm happy with the 2025 Trax.

Always a wonderful experience! All the service guys are very approachable, explain issues clearly, don't treat you like your stupid if you ask questions, and will actually smile and joke with you! I always feel well taken care of and that they are very honest!

Johnny was exceptional from start to finish. I was transparent with what i was looking for and he followed up with me as promised when the 2025 Tahoe's arrived. I comparison shopped and he was able to match the great deal I had secured from competitor dealership. Nick Chevy is the closest dealership to my home and was hoping to ultimately purchase from them. The buying experience was exceptional start to finish.

The rental car was great. But when I got my own car back, about 20 miles down the road the check engine light came on again. I���ll be bringing it back in to see what the problem is now. Also the engine sounded a lot louder than usual.
