I had my Chevy Trax towed to the service department at Nick Chevrolet because of a dead battery. 3 weeks prior, I had the same problem. The car would not start, dead battery. The towing service advised that he would just jump the vehicle. The car ran great for a week. After that week, I had the same problem all over again, where the car would not start. I had the car towed to Nick's Service Department. Nick did a battery check, and it was determined that I had a bad battery. Being that the battery I had was 18 months old, the battery was under warranty. I received a new battery free of charge. Greg K. is an excellent service department manager. Greg kept me informed every step of the way. Kudos to Nick Cheverolet Service Department.

All was fine until I got into my driver's seat. The back was almost the whole way flat. No one should be messing with the back.

As usual, it was friendly and the issue was taken care of.

Easy and quick service

I bought my Traverse, new at Nick Chevrolet in 2020. Have been very happy with my car being serviced at Nicks. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon entering my car, by seat was totally moved, not just backwards or forwards. My drivers side mirror was pointing towards the ground. My car does not have a reset button for seat positions; therefore I had to take the time to find the correct position for my seat. This is the first time this has happened, I was not happy about it. I have no problem moving the seat forward or backwards, and the car only went into the garage and back out. The service guys are always good to deal with. Just wasn't happy this time about my seat being totally moved out of position and the mirror pointing towards the ground.

The salesman Ray Armitage was very helpful and knowledgeable in finding my 2025 Malibu I wanted, even though 2025 is the final production year for the Malibu. He seemed like a great guy. 👍

Between the body shop and the service garage, I did not have a good experience. I didn't even have an average experience. Bad communication, lack of communication, misplaced parts, the list could go on longer. My vehicle was at Nick Chevrolet from May 2nd until this past Saturday which was June 28th. The problem with my vehicle was misdiagnosed when I originally had it at the service garage which I believe caused the long wait to get my vehicle back. I was not satisfied at all with either the body shop or the service garage for this last experience.

Greg made sure I was taken care of and he explained everything thoroughly.

All work performed on my '25 Corvette was scheduled and handled in a professional friendly manner. Completely satisfied with my service experience at Nick Chevrolet.

Courteous in factual

A/C evaporator coil major leak. This problem was first reported on 04/14/21 when the vehicle was under warranty. A dye and stop leak was added to the system to solve the problem. Now the same problem has returned and the evaporator coil is leaking worse and the vehicle is out or warranty. This will be costly repair for a vehicle that only has 10,000 miles on it. GM should share some responsibility for this repair.

My experience was not as great as I had hoped it would be. Our salesman did not discuss any warranty information or really anything highlights of the vehicle until after we decided to purchase. When we came to pick up the vehicle our salesman was working with someone else and no one else could help us. We sat around the dealership for over 2 hours and then were hurried in signing things because it was past closing time.

I noticed an oil drip coming from the front of my 2019 Trail Boss. Called the service department at Nick's and they were able to get me scheduled in short order. They reported that the leak was associated with a faulty oil cooling line that runs to the radiator. The service team was able to replace the lines and return the truck on the same day. Also, all repairs were covered under my extended warranty. Good thing Randy talked me into purchasing the additional coverage.

I came in for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I received a phone to add on different services the total would have been $1,100. The services were on a vehicle with 16,743 miles and 2 years old. Not happy with that

No paper floor mats used, dirty floor mats fron mechanic. I had scrubbed floor mat day prior. Mechanic scratched floor striker panel . Not what I expected or experienced from prior visits

We have had a great deal of difficulty with our 2020 Malibu. It started to have mechanical problems, major problems at only 18,000 miles. We have had to have several services done at this dealership. The service department has always worked with us to have the repairs done in a timely fashion. Even when I was extremely frustrated with this car, which by the way was our first Chevy purchase, they were understanding and did everything they could do to fix the latest problem. Jim and Mark have been especially helpful.

Service times lag, like we’re not that important. The service hours are inconvenient. Once ray retires, we’ll go somewhere else.
