Fabulous staff! All of them are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful - and proactive. They asked about an optional recall type item and took care of it without extending my service time. Nice, facility, too: clean, attractive, comfortable. Much easier to get to from Fox Chapel area then other dealers.

First my experience buying my car (2025 Trax ) was very positive. The young salesman Johnny, was professional and easy to deal with. It was easy to make my inspection appointment and the service crew was professional also.

Very professional, got my oil changed, everything was perfect

I noticed an oil drip coming from the front of my 2019 Trail Boss. Called the service department at Nick's and they were able to get me scheduled in short order. They reported that the leak was associated with a faulty oil cooling line that runs to the radiator. The service team was able to replace the lines and return the truck on the same day. Also, all repairs were covered under my extended warranty. Good thing Randy talked me into purchasing the additional coverage.

No paper floor mats used, dirty floor mats fron mechanic. I had scrubbed floor mat day prior. Mechanic scratched floor striker panel . Not what I expected or experienced from prior visits

the service of changing my oil was fine. the inspection was upsetting as I have only owned this vehicle 10 months and they told me i will need new tire and possibly brakes within a month and neither are covered!!!! how is it that tires and brakes need replaced after 10 months? unless when i purchased the vehicle they were not new as was stated. Either way very disappointed and feel like I was either sold a vehicle with used items, lied to about what was on the vehicle or there is a problem that in 10 month these have gone bad! I will definitely rethink where i purchase my next vehicle from and double check what I'm being sold and not just believe what I'm being told!!!

I came in for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I received a phone to add on different services the total would have been $1,100. The services were on a vehicle with 16,743 miles and 2 years old. Not happy with that

We have had a great deal of difficulty with our 2020 Malibu. It started to have mechanical problems, major problems at only 18,000 miles. We have had to have several services done at this dealership. The service department has always worked with us to have the repairs done in a timely fashion. Even when I was extremely frustrated with this car, which by the way was our first Chevy purchase, they were understanding and did everything they could do to fix the latest problem. Jim and Mark have been especially helpful.

MR KOPRIVINKAR IN SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT IN HELPING ME

Was ticking coming from motor that was just replaced asked dealership just to check to make sure it wasn’t due to engine replacement by them .then asked for them to check out my backup camera . So there solution to all this was tell me a sensor was bad at the top of engine and instead of just replacing it witch would of took 2 min they decided to just charge and tell me about it . Then they decided to charge for backup camera diagnostics and don’t even know what’s wrong they said they needed an additional day so got charged almost 200 bucks for absolutely nothing

Iam very upset with Nick’s because they had my vehicle all day on Friday and it was never fixed and I had to reschedule my appointment for 2 weeks so I’m driving with it not being fixed.

As always a superb experience at Nick Chevrolet

My experience was not as great as I had hoped it would be. Our salesman did not discuss any warranty information or really anything highlights of the vehicle until after we decided to purchase. When we came to pick up the vehicle our salesman was working with someone else and no one else could help us. We sat around the dealership for over 2 hours and then were hurried in signing things because it was past closing time.

I had to bring my car in on a Saturday a half an hour before closing and Jim the service personnel took the time to scan my car and make sure I had a loaner vehicle in order to get to work on Monday. I truly appreciate that type of service.

Everyone was polite and helpful. The waiting room was very comfortable. My only disappointment was that my car wasn’t taken in for service until 45 minutes after the scheduled time. But service was well done and everything was clean in the car.

Quick and easy

I took my vehicle in for a state inspection and to look at my 1 tire sensor that was not working. The other 3 tire sensors were working. Spoke with someone is service during the inspection and was given a price to repair the tire sensor and another price to replace all 4 tire sensors. Service person said once 1 sensor goes the remaining 3 are likely to go. Due to the price I opted to not have the any of the sensors replaced. When I received the vehicle back, I noticed when I got home none of the 4 sensors were working. Called the service department back and was told that when a diagnostic is performed on a single sensor it could damage the remaining sensors. I was upset because I was never told this. Had I known I would have not had the diagnostic done. To conclude, I took my vehicle in for an inspection with one sensor out. When I received my vehicle back all 4 sensors were now out. I was told there was nothing Nick Chevrolet could do about it. I informed Nick Cheverolet that they just lost a long-time customer.

My 2026 Equinox has 250 miles on it Two times the car would not start and I had to have it towed to Nick Chevrolet two times. Their solution the first time was to recharge the new battery. On the second visit I was told to keep the remote 20 feet from the car. I find this advice to be unacceptable. I fear that I could experience this trouble at a remote site and would have problems getting help particularly with the bad weather.

My Service Advisor, Greg, was courteous and efficient getting me signed in. Then he advised me that my annual inspection could be done early, which was great advice and saved me a trip in a couple months. I really appreciated him making this suggestion. While there, I spoke briefly with the Service Manager, Jim, who offered good advice as usual. Nick Chevrolet is my preferred company for service work on my Traverse.

They are truly a professional staff at Nick's. Purchasing and finance procedures were a breeze with Brad and Randy there to assist. When timr came to link my phone to my car PJ offered to assist as I did not know what I was trying to do. As General Manger Glenn gave us what I thought was a great deal on our trade -ins. My buddy bought a Siverado 3 months in DuBois and we each talked about our experiences. When we were done he was slightly disappointed with his experience. He said his next truck will come from Nick Chevrolet. I am extremely, happy with my deals, trade-in values, interests, and my overall experience. I will definitely tell all my friends and family to go to Nick Chebrolet . When the time comes I will go back to Nick Chevrolet and buy another vehicle. I look forward to using their service and parts departments. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are 100. They treat you like family there.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked the customer service guy at the counter if he could speed things up a bit as I had a Dr's appointment in two hours. They changed my oil and rotated the tires in 45 minutes. Usually it takes anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes. A new record! I appreciated Nick Chevrolet's accommodation to reacting to my issue. My Malibu service wasn’t covered under my extended warranty. I really don’t understand why the service wasn’t covered. It was in for die electric grease for the fittings. This is the second time it was in for this service. The car only has 53,000 miles on it. I had to pay $380 for the service.

So far I've had a bushing failure from day one, collision avoidance and cruise control didn't work for 8 months, park assist module failyre and now a second failure on the GPS module. I know Nick doesn't make the ZR2, but they gotta get a bit more convenient. I ain't losing anymore time at work so this time they got me a loaner which is better
