I came in to get the chip installed for my heated seats. The staff was friendly and they kept touching base with me to tell me how things were progressing. I got in and out quickly. I didn't know that my inspection was due at the end of the month and they ended up inspected my car for me, too. Also, they told me that I had a free oil change that I didn't know about.
